Why are my product images not enlarged?

If the product images you’ve used are too small, your visitors cannot enlarge them by clicking on them, as the system thinks there is nothing to enlarge.

To prevent this, ensure the product images you use are about 1,000 by 1,000 pixels. The system will then save them in the right size and format.
