How do I set up email on my computer, ipad or phone?

Login procedure

You will receive your login details for your mailbox in our welcome letter. You can always log in using our webmail, but you can also set up your emails on any computer, tablet or smartphone, so that you can access your emails anywhere, anytime!

IMAP

To allow you to use your mailbox efficiently on several devices simultaneously, we recommend you set up your emails using the IMAP protocol, which, unlike POP3, does store your messages on our server. All folders (inbox, sent emails, trash, etc.) are synchronized on all devices. As a result, you always have access to all your messages, on any device.

For outgoing emails (SMTP) you can also use your own internet provider’s email server, for example, if our SMTP server is blocked by your internet provider. However, we recommend you use our own mail servers.
