How to copy-paste texts onto a page

If you’ve drawn up your texts in a different software package and you copy them onto a webpage, part of the formatting may be unintentionally copied as well. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to copy and paste your texts without formatting.
Copy-pasting texts, step by step:
- Log in to the admin panel and go to ‘Content/Pages’.
- Select the page in question.
- Click once in the text field.
- Hold down [CTRL]+[a] simultaneously to select the entire text.
- Hold down [CTRL]+[x] simultaneously to cut the entire text.
- Open a plain-text editor, such as Notepad.
- Copy the full text in the editor by holding down [CTRL]+[v] simultaneously to delete all hidden formatting codes.
- Hold down [CTRL]+[a] simultaneously to select the entire text again.
- Hold down [CTRL]+[x] simultaneously to cut the entire text.
- Go back to the admin panel and paste the text in the text field by holding down [CTRL]+[v] simultaneously.
- Click ‘Save’ to store the ‘clean’ text on your webpage.
Tip for Mac users
Hold down the [CMD] key instead of [CTRL].
