Can I downgrade from MyOnlineStore PRO or PREMIUM to a TRIAL?

If the GROW, PRO or PREMIUM subscription for your shop has expired, it is not possible to downgrade your shop to TRIAL.

However, it is possible to downgrade your shop to GROW. This will allow you to keep your domain name at the end of your GROW, PRO or PREMIUM subscription. You can request the downgrade by sending an email to support@myonlinestore.com.

Please note! If you don't use this possibility, we will delete your domain name and your mailbox at the end of your GROW, PRO or PREMIUM subscription.
