I cannot upload my image. What went wrong?

Most images in your online store are automatically stored as .jpg files once uploaded. We make sure your saved images are not too large, so that your webpages don’t take too long to load.

When uploading product images, ensure the file size is not too big. We recommend a maximum of 2.5 MB and 300 KB for the background image.

The header image can be uploaded both in .jpg and .png format.

Tip
